Cubicle Haiku Archive - Background

Katie found an email from back in 2007 when Julie found an archive of the geocities website and we were able to retrieve 2 of the 4 pages on the Cubicle Haiku website.  The four pages/categories were:

  • Work
  • Breaks
  • Ennui
  • Whatever
 We lost Ennui and Whatever, but have posted all the haiku from the Work and Breaks pages below. 

I am most sad about the loss of the Whale haiku, as written by Katie, age 5.  Can anyone recreate it?

In 2001 or so, Alana started a new haiku group and we had challenges and assignments. All of those haiku are also posted below (also retrieved sometime in 2007).  Glad that we were so on top of things then.

    I have a vague recollection of a whale haiku but cannot remember it. Reading these haikus shuttle me back quickly to the cube I was sitting in at my first soul-sucking job I had in Boston. Ah, good times.
